For the Love of Words (FLOW) is Action Read’s annual poetry, spoken word, storytelling and music fundraiser. FLOW 2018 takes place at the Guelph Youth Music Centre on Friday April 20th. FLOW will be hosted by Marva Wisdom, and features spoken word artist Lisa Baird, storyteller Rene Meshake, as well as poets Anna Bowen and Michael Kleiza. Music will be performed by Guelph favourite The Greg Denton Probable Cause Acoustic Trio. Action Read’s Jan Sherman will lead a welcome drum circle, as well as a performance by our Aboriginal writing group.

As always, there’s also an exciting silent auction featuring original work by textile artist Marilyn Clarke, painter Tiffany Horrocks, catering by Chef Stephen Aspinall, restaurant gift certificates and much more.
