A fundraiser that celebrates and inspires through the art of language and communication is a perfect fit for the work we do.” She adds that the event is a great way to celebrate National Poetry Month, while raising funds for a critically important cause.
Tickets are only $15 and are available at the Bookshelf, Action Read and at the door. Refreshments and a silent auction made possible by the dedicated support of numerous local businesses will also be available. All proceeds go directly to Action Read’s literacy and numeracy programs.
