At this time of year, severe snow and ice can make travel dangerous. Action Read’s policy is when the Upper Grand District schools are closed and/or City of Guelph Buses are cancelled due to inclement weather, Action Read will also close and ALL programs, services and appointments will be cancelled.

If you are wondering if the office is closed due to weather, or if family literacy programs are cancelled, we will update our phone message and website by 7:30 am on days when a closure occurs. Call 519-836-2759 if you are unsure.
